Would suggest much hard work and concerted effort also going on behind the scenes to make sure all the t's are crossed on the regulatory side of things. Having been exposed to the Brazilian regulatory and landholder negotiation framework years ago,having a guy like Luis on the board and managing the regulatory approvals process is a major plus.When he and Wayne were appointed some months ago now,that was the ah ha moment for me that this company was going to become a producer.

There are a lot of things coming together for AVB led by a very capable and experienced bunch of operators. I bet Wayne is getting his teeth right into the engineering design process. IMO, long termers are going to be very happy 12-18 months from now. And I constantly keep reviewing those western leases and smiling.
