I am quietly confident that Chinese action (rather than propaganda) will put some confidence under RE prices, but the real action doesn't start until next month. Why are you asking me to bet against my stated beliefs? Nonsensical.
You should be more than aware that the various elements have very different demand/supply profiles, probably none more stark than Ce/La. Prices have probably undershot to the downside so probably need to find equilibrium but thereafter La should appreciate away from Ce.
