The asx announcement released 2 July stated that the IND would be submitted after the final meeting with the FDA. The FDA usually schedules these meetings within one month of a written request, so I don't imagine starting before the beginning of September at the earliest.

It's a good sign they are at least organised enough to have the study up on this website and suggests it is all systems go so long as there is no interference from the FDA within 30 days from their receipt of the IND.
