Here is the bit I don't get.

If they went to eh ATM @ $0.32, they would have used twice the number of shares to raise the same capital. Would that be an acceptable position but use as we watch our money get further diluted? I can imagine the outcry if that was done...

Seems he cant lose.

I say in AS we trust...we have to. We also have to trust the regulators that if there is something untoward that they will act.

Either way, we need to control things that we are in control of...like what time I want dinner and what I will have.
