Hi Gefi,
He wants $5M or equivalent in shares to "resolve" the PAJA review with Anglo. The lower the price the shares he would get if anyone was interested. As legal advise gives Anglo almost zero chance of winning the review none of the major shareholders in NKP (including Genorah) are interested, especially because his strategy would be to exchange H farm for lifting the review. That's why I say he is deluded.
