I agree. To not disclose relevant information to investors would be a very dangerous game..
You may be able to obfuscate for a while but eventually the rope would become so long people responsible would spend there time hanging around like whining pinatas, for years.
If declarations have been made and there is no correction the declarations must be held to be still applicable. Unless the responsible agent has a financial suicide wish.
Of course we see those termites arise elsewhere and get squashed from time to time. Lynas however is soooo in the spotlight..
