I am sure if a larger player (like KUFPEC for example, who have a history of farming into discoveries that need developing) wanted in on this in exchange for spending a larger share of the capex in return for some equity, then that would be seriously considered.

That would ease the burden for the remaining players. I still think that is a very large amount of development money for smaller players to find.
