Big investors begin to see confident and value in the company. What are you complaining? no investor would approach actively if they don't smell opportunities ahead. And nobody invest for nothing!
I don't think the company would be stupid enough to continue this issue notes at this level for large amount. They only issue the small amount just to build market attention. It s a tactic same as saying look at me everyone!
