I can't add anymore to the story about the compelling future that I believe AVB has, because Kalenn has outlined it perfectly. I'm all in on AVB, for all the reasons he outlined, plus the fact I knew of the expertise and reputation of the MD from my time in the industry,asked an independent stock expert I know to give me a thorough assessment of AVB's potential, and because of where I am in relation to other aspects of my life - kids no longer at school, mortgage under control etc.

I'm not interested in where the share price sits now. I have a strategy that has several different components in relation to this stock, timing and whether I will sell down some part of my holding in the future. At the moment my initial assessment of my holding will be review in 12-18 months time.
