re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report and Cash... energisem, while you were checking with the Company did you by any chance ask them if Rosella was within the proposed 2km limit? And also whether the SEPP establishing the 2km limit was actually law?
Because from my check it looks clear that Rosella is outside the 2km limit and that the SEPP is not yet a legal obstacle in NSW.
You might have thought to ask the Company why there was then any hold up in drilling Rosella.
I also can't work out why you spend so much time worrying about the Greens. The Greens are politically irrelevant in NSW and with Krudd in change, are now also irrelevant federally. It seems you are happy to accept any feeble excuses from the Company for its lack action.
You need to worry more about things that we should be able to control and that is the inaction of the Board and Peter Henderson.
