sorry for my ignorance here.. but can any of you much smarter than me inform the rest about our legal position as share holders in mel? can we actually call a special general meeting? throw out this management team? put pressure on them, vote down their salary? what are the legal requirements for a listed company regarding shareholder information, updates etc.. i can not see anything from management to me about the direction they proposed.. let alone actually took "my and your" company in. i do not care about greens, gov etc etc.. companies make their own future.. time for shareholders to tell them.. but how?
