Agreed. It comes down to the question of whether the loan facility was conducted with correct supporting documentation and signed agreements.
i.e. If we don't see a repayment schedule and terms of loan document included with June 30 Accounts.......

Failure to produce such documents could create many a headache for those parties who authorised the transfer of shareholder funds without a proper loan agreement in place...not good, However, still time for them to fix any anomalies between now and reporting to the market on 2012 - 13 Fiscal year.
