Hello, This stock has come to my attention as it looks oversold, is trading below NTA and is paying a 15% dividend. Would I be smart to buy into this or are there issues im not aware of? They've already taken a bath on the Asset values and its been reflected in the SP - but if these dividends continue i think its a good buy. Are they going to keep earning cash? The WA Karattha thing looks scary but even if the valuation there went to zero - the company is trading at NTA. With low interest rates and the markets generally heating up i think its smart to buy right? Other opinions invited.
