Hi allasf, of course your right...but if there are some benefits that come from this, say a good drill result at Carachapampa, then the dilution would be negligible if the share doubles or if Marianas kicks in to production...considering we are a $3m MC company the risk reward is OK by me.

I also like that there is no mention of Marianas expenditure as this should be fully debt funded. If that is actually the case then bravo to Glen and his team as I don't know many juniors that could boast that kind of creds!!

All coming together and while it says 80% discount who knows what that may be at the time??
