Granted Heugh was a visionary and deeply knowledgeable but wasn't it Halgren the US drilling expert that pushed for and implemented the horizontal drill? And yes Surprise is unlikely to be the lone oil well in the region. That area alone could be a company maker for CTP. How they get there is up to the managers and hopefully RC is not the man to bet against every time.
