if the y generation want to live in the city, they will either have to pay the going rates to buy, or rent
that is the problem, gen y don't want any sacrifice, they want it all and now,
we had to buy way out in the sticks if we wanted to own a home, the inner suburbs were too expensive
nothing has changed, except we have a new generation who refuse to buy out in the suburbs, yet cannot afford to buy in the city...............
no-one is going to feel sorry for them and sell a house cheaply.............
so they will rent in the city...................and never own a home with their current attitude
cheers
