I wouldn't get too excited about the money "coming back" in a hurry. A discovered fraud and a few caveats, and asset freezing orders is no guarantee the alleged perpetrators will "roll over" as they say. They may all decide to "fight" the allegations civilly or criminally especially when such esteemed reputations (as Esra) are at stake. Likewise such esteemed reputations may cause the matter to be dealt with quickly. But one thing is for certain, the wheels of justice turn very slowly whether or not the matter is referred for criminal investigation. I would be surprised if the company saw any of the money back in its coffers before 18 months. Just my opinion.
