    The timing of these two announcements today is bizarre.
    totally contradictory with no mention of CR besides being released after the TH.
    Its like something just popped up overnight.
    I know the interview would have taken place before the TH however RC would have known the TH was coming.
    Just strange.
    All will be revealed shortly and hopefully not too dilutive
