you also must remember two things:

1.) the raise will be for shares comprising more than half the MC at 25c, possibly with escrow conditions or possibly not. Unknown.

2.) mark creasy only sold 70%, same deal he did with Nova.

This helps him cut costs + recieves income. Hes a very smart dealer in this regard, he probably is putting some of that money into the big current cap raise in case they find something, essentially he gets free exploration (dilutative exploration if hes a share holder).

Decent deal done from MC Point of view.. for this company, shall see.
