One person buys 2975 shares and one sells 3000 shares. This leaves the seller with 25 shares that will be sold off to a different buyer. That transaction will be recorded as 25 shares in a separate transaction. The trade occurs to complete the sellers transaction.
No bots involved. Just people choosing odd numbers of shares to buy and sell.
I do love how everyone on this forum cites bots as the cause for every problem with this share price. Seriously, huge call to say the price went from $1.50 to $0.15 because bots and shorters are at play given the company can't reach nameplate for the past 12 months and some major concerns about the ability of management to identify problems that would delay gbg / and then their ability to resolve said problems.
