As for me telling you to whether you have a right to be negative, I said no such thing , I simply said your collective negative experiences ( not you personally ) cloud your views.

I take your point about previous management, however should we judge the current COE based on the previous ones record. at least this one is a proven deal maker in the pharma space and recognised.
