I think Bruce is right. As an analogy, Evolution have a fraction of ABU's shares on the market and are producing close to 400,000 ounces of gold a year. until recently, they have been struggling to keep their shares from dropping below 0.50 cents
They shot up to the mid eighties in the last few days only because of the gold price surge. In fact Macquarie have this morning downgraded them from outperform to neutral despite the fact that they achieved this production figure in only 18 months. 0.60 at the moment or after the bulk test is a bit ambitious I would think. Some very radical changes will have to take place in Abu or its share structure or in the gold price to achieve this. Having said that, I reiterate that the company is managed by very good professional people and unless something silly comes from left field, management will be aiming to give value to their shareholders. But, down the track. Its too early at this stage.
