    Re who holds the Notes: The Wiley Family/Group/Holdings popped onto the Register some months back.
    If they are still holding I am very comfortable, they are very astute. If they are the Note holders even better. As to the 'deal', times are tough for small caps. Longer term, TEX is pumping and has nice land.
