For what its worth ditto! She was never really the person for a CEO role and although brilliant in the field of science some fool placed her in this role.
Under-mentored, Unqualified, Baby on board, Overworked, Separated from family really don't count here though - unfortunately.
Hope Harry does something this time around as he obviously failed sadly in his last attempt to have someone at the helm that could steer POH on course.....
