Ratings are often viewed by instos in 12 monthly periods; unless there is a change in the ratings guidance (situation) the Buy / Hold / Sell stands for the selective period.
What I like more is that Deutsche, an insto who recently by 68% of analysts received a Buy rating - IF there stock is highly sought then one must also assume that their purchases are monitored closely - get my drift!
