    See below my calcs of the no. of shares issued / cash balance of KBL post the SPP Plan:

    Current Shareholders - 5,363
    Assuming 100% Takeup - $40m cash
    Shares issued at 4c - 1.05B
    Refund Paid - $8m

    New Capital Structure:
    Shares on Issue : 1.28B
    Cash: $52m (5 cash on hand + 15m R&D + 32m SPP)

    First priority once this is done has to be to Eliminate the $10m debt..
