3suns, NXs is not really being held back, as per horse metaphor. The upcoming legal case- next date 25th August- could cost NXS half its market cap- +$60m. If NXS wins, it should gallop. If NXS loses, it will be a real concern. The whole market is in the know on this. I hope NXS wins. The court case is the monkey on NXS' back.
