870m shares....$1m Celtic notes....$0.7m OKAP debt....$1m Noble warrants.
1.3bn shares assuming full conversion.
Waiting for the dreaded Cap raising......Perhaps another 200m shares to tide them till the next tranche from Noble.
The big question....Will The Noble Men take more equity?

Please don't laugh if I say that KAB is showing subtle technical strength with +ve diversion of the MACD & a healthy OBV in +ve territory that belies the extreme price weakness.
