Comvita wishes to advise the market of the outcome of the resolutions put to
its Annual Meeting on the 25 July 2013.
Resolution 1 - Reports and Financial Statements
Result: Passed.
Resolution 2 - Appointment and Remuneration of Auditors
Result: Passed.
Resolutions 3-6 - Director's Elections
The following Director's were elected:
