Have to agree, 12 cent div sort pegs it at $2.40 as pretty good value - pending they have come clean on the bad news (or is there more)?
5% fully franked, noting that last full year they paid 7.5 cents.
To announce 12 cents, ie: 6.5 cents for the second half suggests to me that this is a total over reaction.
