With wages in this country set very high, investors withstanding the past 5 years, I don't see property declining if it does God help the have me nots, if there is an increase in unemployment it will most likely result in a further shifting of wealth, and investors will prey on that situation to their own advantage. The little pickup in the market this year was attributed to investors who still have capacity. Landowners here have some pretty awesome capacity compared to the rest of tee world and will withstand anything in their own best intrests thus why the bears have been left scratching their heads for years as to explain why a drop has not occurred. Fact is investors will hold and accumulate. Everyone else will rent. That is the future.
