The documents are available if you attend the Court and pay all the fees.
There are 160 pages of cross referenced data that are totally boring and zoom way over my LIMITED legal knowledge.
There is no attached list of who is who in the action so you need a pretty clear logical brain.
I do not expect Kronos to withdraw from the case at an early stage.
I have a mate who is a senior liquidator. He says you never judge a case on it's merits. You always run the case as an unexpected bonus can always turn up.
Rather than pay the fees for the documents you would be better off using the money to buy APG shares.
