• Costs did not blow out considering production was down 15%
• Remediation finished 1 month ahead of schedule
• TB indicated that they expect to catch-up to the scheduled mine plan by the years end.
• New Dolomite zone found at PH UG (50m and +4% CU)
• 700m at 1%Cueq at Khamsin. With intervals of over 2.5% cu, it looks like they are on to something here. I am surprised that this intersection did not warrant a separate announcement. Additional tonnes at Big C will push the project into Tier 1 territory. It should be remembered that one of the biggest copper ore bodies in the world is located within the same rocks.
• Production guidance is maintained, so we should be expecting quarterly production in the 23 to 25KT range in the next two quarters. This combined with a lower AUD should push down cash costs a fair bit.
