    You are wrong. Announcement of the 9/7/2013 states "The crushing circuit is capable of crushing up to 5 million tonnes of ore per annum".

    I take exception to being labelled a liar. A copy of your post is in my collection.

    As for your query why CuDeco is not suing them for breach of contract, the modifications were done at the request of CuDeco to increase the throughput to yes 5 million tonnes per annum.
