I still dont get why the company doesnt announce this stuff. I know Jeffo thinks its not material but then why did PVD announce it.

At least give us a clearer indication of what to expect if its been 4 months whats the hold up and will it be another 4months

Markets hate uncertainty as it leads to speculation just look what happened in the US when Big Ben hinted at tapering QE, at least he realized what was going on and then did the right thing by coming out and telling the "wild hogs" as he called them to calm down QE Tapering wasnt a guaranteed outcome in fact purchasers maybe increased and then the market responded accordingly
