IPL themselves have noted the East Coast gas supply/price situation as a major threat to their business model moving forward.
No doubt it is a target but there are some serious challenges ahead for IPL. Instead of consuming Dyno Nobel they should have been locking away gas security to hedge against the negatives of a price rise and supply squeeze.
