Many a seasoned and experienced property investor just DOES NOT buy properties to rent at this price.
OK if it has risen from low levels relative to purchase price but very little sense in it and risk greater than sticking with the lower priced stock for rental. I personally would prefer 4 $250k props to rent out than 1 mill prop.
