Compare this event with RED vrs Philex tailings stuff up.
RED would have been crucified if it kept going and quickly likened to Marcopper (Barrick subsidiary).
Philex being local gets a mild smack.
Very similar attitudes throughout the world. Minerals sector in Philippines apparently very happy with RED response. It could have blown Tampakan away for many years as an example.
