Other investors waiting for a placement before buying can give up on that idea now.
This should be a positive for the sp for that reason as well as for;
the decreased risk of having a facility available at a very low interest rate (probably half the expected rate),
for the flexibilty of a more rapid expansion,
for the positive effect of buying rather than renting and moving to owner operator mining if they decide it's worthwhile.
