R15, the Masur one should drop out soon as the well permit expired 27/07/13. I'm not overly worried with Louise location - it'll turn up & most likely where you guys have it. Re, legals I haven't found anything directly related but have not been looking too hard. Imo Sinkhole is the primary reason for delays and whilst that is in play things may take time, the other issue may also slow things down but operationally now it doesn't really matter imo.
Abita is the most interest for me atm and have also been doing some work looking at directional drilling which is worth having a look at.
