Impossible to tell what the profit is on cash flow .
Much higher than you suggest though IMO dream catcher .
They reduced debt by about $ 4m I believe from what the announcment states
It sad they raised $3m which would have costs , and I assume they paid down debt and accumulated interest during the period from operating cash flow of the $3m plus about a net 1m on top of the cash flow surplus .
My guess from that is that EBIT is probably the cash flow + the debt reduction + another 300k for interest and CR cost ...so closer to $1.5m with cash at bank 2.5m and debt almost eradicated so interest expense in 13/14 will be better again for poisitive cash flow
If those numbers are even close at $1.5m ebit , with $34m shares on issue that is about 5c per share ebit
At 34c that is less than 10 times ebit ....looks set to go higher if that is proven to be correct come year end results .
I also would not expect tham to pay a dividend if the profit was just $200k , but over $1m paying out 1/2 c to 1c per share would be good
