I would have thought it was in AZC's interest to sell out a going concern, rather than a potential going concern.
To my mind it would be more money to the suits for something up and running, but then, I want to re-coup my investment, and can they be bothered going through whatever it takes to get the higher price?
Fifty years is a long production time scale and the need for minerals (zircon) is'nt going to diminish, and it would be great to be a fly on the wall to really know what the future is being talked about in the boardroom.
