Biggest positive for me right now is the wall that "sellers" have put up.
It's like Gandalf saying " you shall not pass!"...That didn't work out either.
We've all seen this time and time again when a stock is set to breakout.

What's the bet that the people capping this stock and have those very large offer walls set up are the same people who are buying in the 9c area? and whats the bet that once they've done accumulating stock at this level that there will be removal of sell walls and a SP pump?
Greed and profit always seems to come first!
It's clear that sentiment in PRR has changed significantly and that the biotech sector is on fire at the moment.
