I guess the end result will be approximately the same and i would hazard to say that the market has factored in the inevitable massive dilution looming in 6 months time when more cash will have to be raised. There are over a billion shares on the books at the moment. If my understanding is correct money raised at these levels will trigger the non dilution clause of the last raising resulting in a further issuance of another 2 billion shares. So essentially our existing shares will be worth a truckload less than they are now. I am now doubtful whether my investment over more than a decade will ever be realised as it is becoming more and more apparent that Sentient will take control of the company for a song.
Anyway I am no expert and I hope I am wrong about the above.
