This Douado looks like another related party transaction where Mortimer is helping out mates, and at the same time getting a fee for himself as a private consultant. ie: he is using PRW as a vehcile to earn a persional fee.
Very similiar to the way he used VIC to earn a fee and take care of troubled assets for related parties. (In less than one year fronm listing VIC has crased to shell). This time Mortimer is using the PRW vehicle, it has crased to shell value.

I have to believe PRW has no independent board/Chairman? to limit this kind of behaviour??. He will just keep using public markets like this until someone says this is morally/ethically unacceptable.
