I always say, combination of TA and FA give the stock a boost and good value.
It is normal for the stock to find it hard to break that level of resistance considering the amount of time it has been in downtrend.
Now, next week, if we do get really good info and potential outcome of what is to come in October than we could see that level broken.
Just remember... "the harder it takes, to break the resistance level..... the stronger support level it will be, once it breaks through...."
