By the way what exactly is going to happen in this 'crash'? Will rental prices drop as much as property? I have been warned about this for years and have bought 2 houses since. Sure the rent doesn't cover the mortgages 100% but for a few hundred $$/month (tax deductible of course)I have 2 investments that should be worth a lot of money. Hey even if they are worth the same as what i paid for them it will have cost me bugger all to have a home to live/retire in with no mortgage or rent to pay so 80-90% of my income can be spent on whatever i want.
