    re: Ann: CEN: Change in substantial holding f... Market doesn't like it; down 13% atm. As a CEN Shareholder the takeover offer doesn't look as attractive as it has recently. I will however hold RUM once I convert my shares over as I do think the potential for the share price to increase will become more apparent come September/October.
