Fotios and his company Investmet Ltd have approx 30 million shares tied up in GMM. Will be interesting to see if he or his company has anything to do with raising more funds. His past record with NST is well documented and he made lots of $$$ from it. Don't think they will come back to shareholders as very few took up their entitlement in the last fundraiser. If my memory serves me correct Fotios took up all the outstanding entitlements to increase his holding to the amount of shares Investmet Ltd now owns.
