If i had a holding in KAR i would be happy about the upgrade and further potential of the field.

Alas there are many like me concerned about a few things hence sellers are still here.

These concerns are GRACE because it seems KAR is going their full 90% on this well and are hoping to hit a gas column so as farm in can occur much easier.

Risky IMO as it will reduce cash in bank significantly.

Then there are more outgoings on their other prospects, which are many.

If the market sees an opportunity to pick up cheap shares via a possible cap raising then they will hold back from buying.

At the moment i see with no farm in deals KAR will be cash strapped by xmas.

So they are once again at the markets mercy as they have massive outgoings but no incomings.
